To be sure, Madison has a rather confusing street system.  I once told a Chicagoan that in order to figure out the street system here, one should take a map of Chicago, turn it on its side, put a lake where Chicago's West Side is, and then twist the map.

But with a sign like this one along a bike path, there's no need for a GPS locator, right?
